What are the J-1 internship program requirements?
You must be a foreign national who is either:
Currently enrolled in and pursuing studies at a foreign college or university outside the United States; OR
Graduated from a foreign college or university outside the United States no more than 12 months prior to their internship program start date.
You must be between the ages of 18 and 38.
Your internship or training program must be related to your major.
